Our shipping partner is DHL, and we use DHL express-tracked shipping.

Zone A: Australia

Australia - Overnight delivery* for Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra and Adelaide metro areas.
Australia – Other state capital cities – 2-day delivery.
Australia – Remote areas – 3 – 5 day delivery.
Rest of the world – 2 - 5 day delivery.
Australian orders over AUD 1000 may incur delays due to international customs. Please note all charges are your responsibility. 

 

Zone B: Cook Islands, Fiji, Malaysia, Niue, Rarotonga, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Vanuatu, Western Samoa

Zone C: Cambodia, Canada, China, Guam, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Tahiti, Thailand, United States of America

IMPORTANT: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost and they may be collected upon delivery from the carriers for a certain order. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for packages. This includes shipping items to Great Barrier Island.

Also, note that prices are GST or local tax exclusive, and Barkers does not offer GST refunds for exported products. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
