Your order will contain a pre-paid courier returns label for your use.
Alternatively, you can return your purchase at any one of our Barkers stores.

For New Zealand Returns you can complete the Barkers Returns Form that came with your order.
Affix the pre-addressed returns label that came with your order to your return package.
Book your return pick up with NZ Post here (valid for New Zealand pickups only)
Any garments returned for exchange or refund, not using the provided Pre-Paid returns label, are returned at the purchaser's expense - that is, the customer pays for the courier or postage back to Barkers.
*Barkers will cover the cost of sending replacement items to the original purchaser.
We cannot refund courier or postage costs unless the item is faulty.
NOTE: If using your own returns postage, we highly advise using tracked returns services only.
We cannot refund or exchange items that go missing unless they are tracked, or using our Pre-Paid returns labels.
International returns:
All international returns are returned at the purchaser's expense.
