Barkers offers a Click and Collect service that allows you can conveniently browse online and purchase items available at your nearby store, then collect them within 4 hours outside of public holidays and VIP days.
As you shop you will be able to see what is available for Click and Collect fast pick up, vs. stock that is not local to your store and needs to be sourced elsewhere.
To ensure that you have the full range available to you, instead of limiting you to store-only stock you can purchase both in-store and out-of-store stock in the same transaction, however, this may impact your pickup times.
Here's how it works:
Add desired items to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout.
During checkout, opt for the "Click & Collect" option and locate the nearest store for pickup.
Complete your order as usual.
Your selected items will either be reserved in the chosen store or, in some instances, sourced from another location to be ready for pickup.
This will show as you add to your cart.
This means that orders placed for collection will be shipped from the Distribution Centre to your chosen store.
You will receive notices when your in store items are ready for collection.
Please do not proceed to your store for collection until you hear from us that your item is ready for collection.
If you are ordering in store and out of store item, you will receive shipping notifications with tracking details and another email to confirm when your order is ready for pick up.
Please keep in mind, that while we make every effort to ensure your ordered items are available within the specified timeframe, we cannot always guarantee their availability.
If there are delays, a member of our Barkers team will contact you to provide an update. Please anticipate longer collection times during VIP sales, public holidays, and other special trade periods.
